Are Wicked Cookies gluten free?

 - Only our marked ‘Gluten Free’ cookies are suitable for people with a gluten intolerance.

Are Wicked Cookies dairy free?

 - Only our marked 'Vegan / Dairy Free' cookies are suitable for people who either don’t want to eat dairy products or are allergic to them.

Are Wicked Cookies suitable for nut allergy sufferers?

 - All our cookies are made in a kitchen where nuts are present.

Are Wicked Cookies suitable for vegetarians?

 - Our cookies are suitable for lacto ovo vegetarians (those that eat dairy and egg products). None of our cookies contain meat or fish products.

How long do Wicked Cookies last?

 - In our house...not very long!  If you’re particularly strong willed, they’ll last for 3 days in an airtight container. We’d recommend that strong flavours like our Orange & Chocolate, Lemon & White Chocolate and our Mocha Walnut are kept separately.

Where can I buy Wicked Cookies?

 - We don’t have any shops at the moment but you can buy our cookies at various markets and events. You can find the latest list of events here.

Can I buy Wicked Cookies online?

 - Yes, by the power of Greyskull, you can buy cookies online and have them delivered to your home or office.

Can your cookies be frozen?

 - Yes, they can. It’s worth mentioning though that our Salted Caramel don’t freeze quite as well as others due to the caramel chips tending to go a bit squidgy after defrosting.

Is the chocolate fair trade?

 - Yes it is. It’s really important to us that we use ethical ingredients as much as possible.

Do you use free range eggs?

 - Absolutely! Our eggs come from chickens that are free to roam in the barn or outdoors...there’s even a wooded area where they can rest, get some shade and forage.

Do your cookies contain hydrogenated fats?

 - No way Jose! They’re the work of the devil and whilst our cookies might be wicked...we won’t go that far!

Can I order cookies for my office / party / wedding?

 - Yes! Please contact us and we’ll take some details and work out the best way we can help you.

Do you sell cookies wholesale?

 - No, not at the moment I'm afraid. Despite so many enquiries and lots of lovely offers, it's not something we're looking at just at the moment. But we never say never!

No Contact Cookies - Delivery during Covid-19

1st Class Post Nationwide - IMPORTANT UPDATE

***UPDATE - Royal Mail is taking 5+ days in a lot of cases to deliver our orders. For freshly baked cookies, this is not something we can risk and we regret we cannot cope with the huge number of messages and replacement orders resulting from this problem. As a result, we are now switching to a more expensive, fully tracked 24hr courier option but keeping the cost as low as possible. We are currently baking and despatching orders for post/courier despatch only on Wednesdays for delivery Thursdays at a cost of £4.95.***

No Contact Click & Collect Options

Whilst we love you dearly and would love to say hello, if we are to offer this FREE CLICK & COLLECT option, then we have to instigate a strict ‘no contact’ procedure. Upon placing a click and collect order (unless you have chosen the Nuneaton option) your order will be ready and waiting from 5pm on the scheduled day for that location. You will receive a despatch notification email when your cookies are ready at the location. Please check your spam as invariably, these notifications end up there. You can then drive/walk up and collect your named box from the doorstep without the need to see, speak or touch anything or anyone (other than your much prized cookies!). We ask those collecting NOT to ring the doorbell or knock at the door as your order will be waiting on the doorstep for you.
Please note, we will be packing boxes wearing gloves to ensure maximum hygiene and peace of mind for you.
At this moment, click and collects are Wednesdays for Coventry CV6 2AE and Leamington CV32 6EW and also Fridays for Coventry CV6 2AE and Stratford CV37 9NE. All after 5pm. Nuneaton is usually lunchtimes on Wednesdays and Fridays from our bakery at CV10 7NG. Please reply to your order confirmation email to let us know which is best for you.

No Contact Home Delivery - specified postcodes

We are offering this option as long as we are within the latest lockdown rules. Again, we will have a strict ‘no contact’ procedure for doing this. We will wear gloves to place your box of cookies on your doorstep after knocking or ringing your doorbell. As most people will be at home at this time, we think this is the best option. The boxes are not waterproof. If it is raining, we will (subject to availability) use compostable bags to put your box in. If we run out of these bags, we will come up with whatever we can at the time and do our best! If we have online access during our deliveries, we will attempt to send despatch notes for delivered orders which you will receive by email but this is not often possible and the despatch emails often get emailed the next day.

Home delivery costs £3.50 irrespective of how many cookies you order. We will post up the postcodes we are delivering to each week on Facebook and Instagram, but you will also be able to see them in the basket and checkout page when you select the home delivery option. It is split into areas and these areas are listed on the pop up window which is linked to at the top of the page...hopefully that makes sense!

Fridays home deliveries generally cover Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby/Solihull (alternating fortnightly), Warwick & Leamington. By the time we have baked and packed all the orders, deliveries tend to start between 3 and 4 pm and can run as late as 9pm on very busy days. Wednesday is home delivery day for Kenilworth with the same times applying.

ORDER DEADLINE: Home delivery orders must be in by 7pm on the Thursday for baking early Friday or 10pm Tuesday for the Kenilworth Wednesday deliveries.
