Are Wicked Cookies gluten free?

 - Only our marked ‘Gluten Free’ cookies are suitable for people with a gluten intolerance.

Are Wicked Cookies dairy free?

 - Only our marked 'Vegan / Dairy Free' cookies are suitable for people who either don’t want to eat dairy products or are allergic to them.

Are Wicked Cookies suitable for nut allergy sufferers?

 - All our cookies are made in a kitchen where nuts are present.

Are Wicked Cookies suitable for vegetarians?

 - Our cookies are suitable for lacto ovo vegetarians (those that eat dairy and egg products). None of our cookies contain meat or fish products.

How long do Wicked Cookies last?

 - In our house...not very long!  If you’re particularly strong willed, they’ll last for 3 days in an airtight container. We’d recommend that strong flavours like our Orange & Chocolate, Lemon & White Chocolate and our Mocha Walnut are kept separately.

Where can I buy Wicked Cookies?

 - We don’t have any shops at the moment but you can buy our cookies at various markets and events. You can find the latest list of events here.

Can I buy Wicked Cookies online?

 - Yes, by the power of Greyskull, you can buy cookies online and have them delivered to your home or office.

Can your cookies be frozen?

 - Yes, they can. It’s worth mentioning though that our Salted Caramel don’t freeze quite as well as others due to the caramel chips tending to go a bit squidgy after defrosting.

Is the chocolate fair trade?

 - Yes it is. It’s really important to us that we use ethical ingredients as much as possible.

Do you use free range eggs?

 - Absolutely! Our eggs come from chickens that are free to roam in the barn or outdoors...there’s even a wooded area where they can rest, get some shade and forage.

Do your cookies contain hydrogenated fats?

 - No way Jose! They’re the work of the devil and whilst our cookies might be wicked...we won’t go that far!

Can I order cookies for my office / party / wedding?

 - Yes! Please contact us and we’ll take some details and work out the best way we can help you.

Do you sell cookies wholesale?

 - No, not at the moment I'm afraid. Despite so many enquiries and lots of lovely offers, it's not something we're looking at just at the moment. But we never say never!

No Contact Cookies - Delivery during Covid-19

For our long and detailed update on our delivery options during lockdown, please pop over to our blog articles for the latest news.
Otherwise, these are the current options to get your cookies during the lockdown period.

1st Class Post Nationwide

While the Post Office and Royal Mail are still operational, we can still post your cookies nationwide as normal. We will be reducing the days we bake in the week, to maximise our efficiency and reduce the number of times we have to ‘go out’ to the Post Office. At this moment, we anticipate baking and despatch to happen on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Whatever day you place your order, you will be put into the next available baking/despatch day. We appreciate your understanding that we are not able to operate more speedily at the moment.
First class post starts at £3.50 and increases for heavier orders but your basket/checkout will clearly show the cost based on the number of cookies you have chosen.

No Contact Click & Collect from CV6 2AE

Whilst we love you dearly and would love to say hello, if we are to offer this FREE CLICK & COLLECT option, then we have to instigate a strict ‘no contact’ procedure. This means that you will be emailed after you place your order and before we bake it, to give you a collection time slot. You can then drive up and collect your named box from our doorstep without the need to see, speak or touch anything or anyone (other than your much prized cookies!). We ask that those collecting NOT to ring the doorbell or knock at the door as your order will be waiting on the doorstep for you.
Please note, we will be packing boxes wearing gloves to ensure maximum hygiene and peace of mind for you.
At this moment, we anticipate click and collect to happen on Mondays and Wednesdays after 4.30pm. When your order is received, we will schedule it to the soonest available bake/collect day and email you.

No Contact Home Delivery - specified postcodes on Fridays

We are offering this on Fridays as long as we are within the latest lockdown rules. Again, we will have a strict ‘no contact’ procedure for doing this. We will wear gloves to place your box of cookies on your doorstep. We will not knock or ring your doorbell. As most people will be at home at this time, we think this is the best option. The boxes are not waterproof. If it is raining, we will (subject to availability) use compostable bags to put your box in. If we run out of these bags, we will come up with whatever we can at the time and do our best! If we have online access during our deliveries, we will attempt to send despatch notes for delivered orders which you will receive by email.

This will then be your moment to run to your front door, with tears in your eyes and joy in your heart that you are one of the lucky few to have fresh Wicked Cookies delivered to you! (if you’ve been checking the doorstep every 5 minutes in mouthwatering anticipation, then you will be ahead of the delivery note with your discovery!)
At this moment, we anticipate Fridays will be home delivery days where Giles and Bailey/Zac will take one area and I will take the other with Bailey/Zac.

Home delivery costs £2.50 irrespective of how many cookies you order. We will post up the postcodes we are delivering to each week on Facebook and Instagram, but you will also be able to see them in the checkout page when you select the home delivery option. It is split into areas and these areas are listed on that page near the bottom...hopefully that makes sense!

ORDER DEADLINE: Home delivery orders must be in by midnight on the Thursday for baking early Friday.
