Whilst our cookies might be wicked, our ingredients aren’t! 

We only use 100% free range eggs* (from a little farm near us), fresh natural ingredients, locally grown & stoneground flour and the finest, fair trade Belgian chocolate.

*unless they’re our amazing vegan & dairy free cookies!

The oat flour for our gluten free cookies comes from the UKs only farm dedicated to growing and milling gluten free oats! So unlike other oat flours, ours in 100% gluten free :)

  • Stoneground Wheat Flour

    Our wheat flour is stoneground at one of the last working watermills in the UK...and it's just 30 mins from our bakery!

    It's full of natural flavour, texture and nutrients too.

  • Gluten Free Oat Flour

    The oat flour in all our gluten free cookies is grown and milled at the only gluten free oat farm in the UK (they even have gluten free tractors!)

  • Natural, Free Range Eggs

    All our eggs come from a family run farm in Warwickshire. The hens have free range over the fields and woodland.

  • Belgian Chocolate

    We use the finest Belgian chocolate in all our cookies. it's the same chocolate that chocolatiers use and it gives incredible flavour and texture. We're not skimpy with it either!

  • Ethical and Sustainable

    We don't believe that running a business should mean you don't care about the environment, so our bakery is powered by 100% renewable energy.

    We also compost ALL our food waste and as much of our cardboard as possible. We also plant trees as part of our customer loyalty scheme.

We believe that cookies taste best when made with love and passion. So we hand make all of our cookies using natural ingredients like whole eggs, butter and stoneground flour. Our cookie dough is made fresh and baked just before each market or cookie delivery. (Yes...you can have our cookies delivered to order!
